Registration Process
Registration fees include access to all sessions, conference materials, welcome reception, lunch, coffee breaks and options to participate in the social dinner. Participants are advised to create an account and register in advance (by June 30, 2025) to receive the Early-Registration discount.
Registration Period: April 1, 2025 - October 30, 2025
1) Early Registration: April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025
2) Regular Registration: July 1, 2025 - September 20, 2025
3) Late Registration: September 21, 2025 - October 30, 2025
Please note: Due to the requirements of the process, the registration deadline for foreign scholars is August 25, 2025. Please be aware of this deadline by the relevant participants.
