Abstract Submission

1) All abstracts (oral presentations and posters) should be submitted through the following link.

2) All abstracts (oral presentations and posters) must be written clearly in English and submitted prior to July 15, 2025.
3) All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to reviewing procedures and assigned to the appropriate session for oral and poster presentations.
Oral Presentations: Each presentation will be 20 minutes—you should aim for a 17 minute talk + 3 minutes of questions. We will let you know before July 30, 2025 if your abstract is selected for an oral presentation. If you do not hear from us before July 30, 2025, your abstract is not selected.
Students Oral Presentations: We welcome students (masters, doctoral students, etc.) to give academic presentation. Each presentation should be limited to 15 minutes—you should aim for a 12 minute talk + 3 minutes of questions. After you submit your application, we will inform you of the result before July 30, 2025. If you do not hear from us before July 30, 2025, your abstract is not selected for oral presentation.
Poster Presentations: Posters will be displayed throughout the conference. Each poster should have an A0 portrait size (841 mm x 1189 mm). Appropriate means of affixing the poster to the poster board will be supplied on site. Only a few abstracts will be selected for Short Oral Presentations (Speed Presentation) in the scientific programme. Each presenter will have 5 minutes for their presentation, followed by a Q&A session. The Best Poster Awards are presented to the poster that are the best in content, layout, societal relevance and impact. The winner of the Best Poster Awards will be announced during the final plenary session.
4) The e-mail you provided us in your registration form will be used to notify you of the acceptance and to send you updated information. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, it means we have not received your abstract. If you are sure you have submitted it, check to make sure you sent it to the correct e-mail address.
